Octavius Pharma has developed DC granules of Sertraline for making Sertraline plain tablets. Product has been developed to produce uniform particles that help give excellent flow-ability in a way that facilitates tablet compression to maintain content uniformity, no die-wall sticking and common granules compatible to compression for all strengths. Finished tablet qualitative composition is in line with the Innovator “Zoloft”, Product complies as per USP monograph.

Sertraline: Sertraline is used in the treatment of depression, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Panic disorder, Premenstrual dysphoric disorder, Anxiety and Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin.
