Donepezil Hydrochloride ODT DC Grade

Octavius Pharma has developed DC granules of Donepezil Hydrochloride for making Donepezil Hydrochloride Orally Disintegrating tablets. Product has been developed to produce uniform particles that help give excellent flow-ability in a way that facilitates tablet compression to maintain content uniformity with excellent taste in Peppermint flavor and fast disintegration in the mouth. Finished tablet qualitative composition is in line with the Innovator “Aricept”, Product complies as per USP specifications. DC granules for both ODT and film coated tablets is available and single granules can be used for both strengths respectively in both type of tablets.

Donepezil Hydrochloride: Donepezil is used in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. It is used in patients with moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease. Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor. It works by increasing the levels of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) involved in transmmission of nerve signals. This improves memory and thinking.
