Sildenafil Citrate: Sildenafil is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in penis, thereby increasing blood flow into the penis on sexual stimulation.
