Octavius Pharma has developed DC granules of Candesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide for making Candesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide tablets. The product has been designed and developed to avoid sticking and capping problems while producing uniform particles that help give excellent flow-ability in a way that facilitates tablet compression to maintain content uniformity. Finished product complies as per USP monograph.

Candesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide: Candesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide is used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Candesartan is an Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin, thereby relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.
